A6210 Harware issue with each bootup

Hello,
I forgot the exact status in device manager, something like hardware problem. But if I remove the device and plug it back it in it works till I turn the computer back on next time. I am using the ...x.36 drivers with Windows 10 (one before creaters).

I tried the above. Maybe once and a while it will work, even before doing the above. So most cases it doesn't work.
I hope its not too late to return it and get a different brand.
I am open to other things as it maybe too late....
