A6210 - No Adaptor Detected

Hi All,

Thanks in advance for my issue. I just purchased A6210 and has been trying to install it for hours without success. The issue is genie will not detect the adapter at all. When I check under device manager, the driver does appear to be installed. but the status is as below:

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

I have tried to remove/install again and again, restarting computer in between, clean registry, etc. Nothing has worked.

Can anyone please give me any suggestions? Is this adapter faulty??

Thanks,

Anthony

Run your computer on safe mode and install the driver of the adapter.

My suggestion would be to remove all the Netgear software then download and install the Mediatek driver instead. It solves a lot of problems.

and when you go to that page now, you get a 404 Page Not Found error!

Anyone have a WORKING link to the Mediatek drivers?

Hi All,

Please use the driver for Windows 10.
