A6210 - connected to the router, but no internet
I just got the A6210 and succesfully connected it to my wi-fi router, but the connection is "limited". I checked with my laptop and the internet connection works fine.
The Genie shows that there is no signal between the router and the internet. I also tried changing USB ports and using the antena with/without the desktop dock. The Windows diagnostics say that there is most likely a problem with the adapter. The A6210 works perfectly fine on my laptop.
I am using windows 8 and have the drivers installed.

Sounds like you need to tweak the network settings in Windows.
I abandoned Windows 8 as quickly as possible, but in Windows 10 I would run the Network Troubleshooter. You probably need to set your network as Private rather than Public.
