A7000 Hotspot

I recently bought a A7000 and want to use it as a mobile hotspot. I was able to set up the mobile hotspot and everytime I connect to it, I get "Couldn't get IP address" on the device. I was wondering how I could fix this. I do have the v11 download as the v15 keeps deleting itself from my computer.

    The A7000 is a USB Adapter. What do you want to turn into a mobile hotspot? A Windows PC that uses the A7000 to access the Internet?

      Yes. I can create the Hotspot but when I have myh cell phone connect to the hotspot it come up with Could not get IP address.
