A7000 runs at usb 2.0 speeds when connected to usb 3.0
My A7000 wifi adapter is plugged into a USB 3.1 port but runs at USB 2.0 speeds. I have a program called usb device tree viewer and it shows the adapter only being on USB 2.0. I've tried all the USB 3.0 ports but have the same issue. Other USB 3.0 devices work just fine. Fresh install of windows 10 with everything updated.

Re: A7000 runs at usb 2.0 speeds when connected to usb 3.0
Hi @brochosinco
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Is the A7000 WiFi adapter plugged into the USB 3.0 magnetic cradle that came with the package?
Is there any difference if it is connected or not connected to the cradle?
Regards,
Blanca
