Hi, I've read on your drivers support page to check back frequently for an update on drivers for windows 10. Is there any headway on a windows 10 compatable driver for the AC1200 USB Adapter?
Thanks.

There are Windows 10 drivers for both models A6200 and A6210 USB adapters on each of the respective product's download pages on the Netgear Support site. I assume those are the models you are asking about.

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
Just looked at it, same DRIVER level as the old W8.1 drivers.
Did they make ANY changes or was it just 'certified' for W10? If it was a 'new' version of the driver shouldn't it have a new driver level?

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
Hi @IrvSp,
There is already a new driver for Windows 10. You may check the support site for this.

OK, I am SUPER confused here? Now the subject is AC1200 Windows Driver? I thought before it was AC6200 Windows Driver?
Also the D/L pages are confusing? The AC6200 page:
=============
A6200 Version 1.0.0.11 for Windows Win 10 32/64-bit, Windows Win 8 32/64-bit, Windows Win 7 32/64-bit, Vista 32/64-bit, XP 32/64-bit
Software Included
setup-V1.0.0.26-win8.1_win10_signed.exe
standalone-V1.0.011-win8.1_win10_signed.exe
New Features and Enhancements
- Added Win8.1/Win10 installation support.
=============
Now the AC6210 page:
============
Software Included
A6210_v1.0.0.32-Standalone.exe.zip
A6210_v1.0.0. 32.exe.zip
Win 7/8 32/64 bits driver version: 5.1.22.0
Win 8.1/10 32/64 bits driver version: 5.1.22.0
Win XP/Vista 32/64 bits driver version: 5.1.22.0
New Features and Enhancements
- New roaming feature enabled
- Improved Wireless performance
===============
Seems to be a different driver.
Driver number doesn't match the package either? Note the first part above, "NETGEAR Support / A6210 / A6200 Software Version 1.0.0.26-1 (Supports Win8.1 / Win10)". that driver is for BOTH the AC6200 and 6210? The AC6200 I have installed under W8 initially and upgraded to W8.1 had the SAME version number?
So my question is/was "has there been any changes made or was it just certified to work with W10?"
Note there are NO dates on the D/L page for either product when the files were produced I can find/see?

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
I am not sure with that but when I checked the support site, below is what I can see.
A6200 Software Version 1.0.0.26-1 (Supports Win8.1 / Win10)
A6200 Version 1.0.0.11 for Windows Win 10 32/64-bit, Windows Win 8 32/64-bit, Windows Win 7 32/64-bit, Vista 32/64-bit, XP 32/64-bit
Software Included
setup-V1.0.0.26-win8.1_win10_signed.exe
standalone-V1.0.011-win8.1_win10_signed.exe
New Features and Enhancements

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
@JamesGL, yes that is what I posted as well.
Mixed numbers for SETUP an STANDALONE. To make matters worse, that version, 1.0.0.26, is EXACTLY what was on the machine before under W8.1.
I think there is NOT a new version, just possibly is was tested and verified for W10?
One would think if it were a NEW version the version number would have been updated?
I installed it anyway but I'm curious as to what is really is, new or not?

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
I just want to show you that I got "NETGEAR Support / A6200 / A6200 Software Version 1.0.0.26-1 (Supports Win8.1 / Win10) " and you posted "NETGEAR Support / A6210 / A6200 Software Version 1.0.0.26-1 (Supports Win8.1 / Win10)" which leads to your question if the A6200 adapter can be used for A6210.
Regarding your inquiry if the software version a new one just a modified software that will work with windows 10, I will verify this one and will provide you a feedback.

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
There are NO DATES on the d/l or the README.TXT, but it appears that the page has been changed again. You see what I originally posted (you copied it above) was both the A6200 and A6210 listed for the driver. Now it IS NOT, only the A6200 is listed in the heading.
In any event, I have install that driver now. I had no problems with the A6200 on Win8.1 and none after the W10 upgrade with the old driver (that I know of at least) and with the new install I've had none so far either.
Still the file postings were confusing since the same version number was used.

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
Did, was on an older driver. New one seems to have 2 'new features' that I don't care for?
- WPS button light stays on.
- Always announces via a popup above the Systray on boot that it is connected.
Wife's PC and I've not had a chance to see if there is a way to stop these two, but she sees it and complained.
Seems to work OK though. I did NOT take the Beta version.

Re: AC1200 Windows 10 Driver
Whoops, see that reply was NOT meant for me, but I did update the driver.
