AC1200 wifiusb adapter
After cd installation of software, the usb 'device is not found'. Installing on 2002 Dell Inspiron 1200 laptop

Correct; this is not a router. It is a wifi adapter.
After a clean install of Win 10, I think the driver was scrubbed away. Any other thoughts?
P.s. the laptop sound driver was lost, also.

AC1200 is a wifi sped thing.
Is it the A6210?
There is a manual and other stuff for the A6120 somewhere at the end of this link:

You can get software and drivers there.
The best place for sound drivers is probably whoever made the PC's motherboard.
