Computer connects to router but no Internet connection

Hi

I've installed the a6210 with the latest driver and got it to connect to the router but not to internet.

all my other devices are connected to internet in good condition except the computer with a6210.

I have tried installing a6210 on my laptop but has the same problem.

at first i thought there was a problem with the computer but since the laptop doesn't work as well it might the configuration of the a6210.

can someone help me

I have same problem,

2,4 network is working fine, but 5 without internet, even all devices on wifi are connected to internet.

I tried as per sugestion from other thread, uninstall netgear genie, and it helps.
