FIX: A6210 cannot create wireless hotspot

For those still having this issue, I found a fix that works for me.

Problem

Onboard WiFi disabled.

Netgear A6210 enabled.

No mobile wifi.

The Fix

Onboard wifi ENABLED.

Netgear A6210 ENABLE.

Mobile wifi works.

Basically, the Negear A6210 needs the onboard wife enabled in order to create a wifi hotspot.  Not sure why, but that's what work for me.
