This is the community forum where members of the public help others out for free. Its not netgear. What resolution do you think we can provide?
And did you see me defending netgear? Netgear does have issues with firmware. Every networking company I've used has had firmware issues as things have gotten more complicated.
I'm simply pointing out the TOS regarding asking about joining in a class action.
