My a6150 network adapter shows up in “other devices”

So I got this WiFi adapter a while ago. I recently reset my pc and suddenly the WiFi shows up in “other devices” in device manager. I think it’s because I need the driver which I can’t download.... because I don’t have an internet connection. Also I don’t have a usb stick so I can’t download it that way. Any suggestions??
