Whenever I try to download something or even in the middle of using my computer/playing a game, the adapter stops working and the troubleshooter says “connect an Ethernet cord” but there’s no place to put an Ethernet cord(nor do I have one) and I can’t use the internet while the adapter is connected. It works 70% of the time but this has been happening ever since I got the adapter and I want to know what’s wrong with it/how to fix it
