N300 wifi usb adapter wna3100-100ens

We have purchased a netgear N300 wifi usb adapter.  We have been unable to get it to run with the software included.  The software is the latest version 2.4.  We tried uninstalling and installing an earlier software version as well.  We have tried everything.  Even plugging it directly into our USB with just the stick itself.  Cannot get the device to be seen on any of our laptops or, our workstations.  We think the product is defective.  We need a replacement.  Can we do this online?

    Hi Geekmachine,

     

    If you have purchased the device recently, you may return it first to the store where you purchased it. 

     

    When you plug the device, can you see a light lit up?

    Can you check the device manager if you can see the adapter?

    Do you get error message when installing it?

     

    Please try to use other drivers.
