NETGEAR A7000 not able to connect to university wifi

Hi, I'm a uni student living on campus and my A7000 adapter will not connect to the wifi. The wifi network shows up on the list in 'Join a network' but there is no connect button, only Details. The wifi network I want to connect to has Security-enabled(WPA2) underneath but I don't think this is a problem as my phone and laptop connect to it fine. The network also requires you to login with your uni login but I haven't got to that step yet.

Do you have a screen snip of it? 

does it have issues connecting to any other networks?
