Need to connect 8 port managed local switch to remote Wireless Netgear 1200ac router

I have a small cluster of Workstations on a local 8 port gigabit switch and want to connect the ethernet switch to a remote Netgear 1200ac Wireless Internet router. I would like to accomplish this without broadcasting an additional ssid at the gigabit switch if possible. This wireless connection would only carry Internet traffic.
