Netgear A7000 - Package loss
Hey there,
so I just bought an A7000 and when playing online games I get a lag of 2-3 seconds every 3-4 minutes.
The netgear software as well as windows also shows me no connection to my router from time to time eventough iam connected.
How do i even start fixing this?
Best regards!

Which Netgear software?
It can be hard to work out if the wifi adapter is the problem or if Windows is implicated. It could even be something to do with the router that delivers your wifi.
Have you investigated those?
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
WiFi Adapters - NETGEAR Communities
That isn't a router. So you may not find many experts here.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
