Netgear A7000 unable to detect 5G networks
When I first time got the device it can connect to the 5G network, but after 2 weeks the 5G network suddenly disappeared. I also tried reinstalling it many times, it did not help. Only this device cannot connect to the 5G network, all other devices I had is able to. This is on a Windows 10 PC. Please help, Thank You.

Re: Netgear A7000 unable to detect 5G networks
I never heard of the term 'router UI' before, is it like the area that you login to your router? If not can you explain what it is? And also, what do you mean by changing the router 5GHz WiFi channel?

Re: Netgear A7000 unable to detect 5G networks
Hi @aa89123698
Router UI (User Interface) is where you can change the settings of your router. If you are not familiar with it, I suggest to call your ISP and seek assistance of how to change the 5GHz WiFi channel.
Regards,
Blanca
