AC19000, or more likely AC1900,  is not a Netgear model number. It is a wifi speed thing that applies to a bunch of kit.

If you mean the A7000, then these things aren't really intended to add wifi to TVs. Is that what you are trying to do?

If you have a TV that does wifi, then you need to connect it to the router's wifi.
