Simply unplug N600 wifi adapter and plug in AC600
Community Members,
Had to fix a friends Vista wireless connectivy issue by installing an N600 [WNDA3100] wireless adapter into his desktop. Need to return that adapter and now have an AC600 [A6100] adapter.
Can I simply unlug the N600 with the system off and plug in the AC600?
Or would the system prefer I unplug the N600. Run setup from the new CD then plug in the AC600??

They probably use different software and drivers. You will have to install those for the A6100. It probably isn't necessary to uninstall the old drivers. They can just site there doing nothing.
