System hard reboots after updating to Genie 1.0.0.15
Windows hard reboots with no error message during what appears to be high load on network. This started after installing Genie 1.0.0.15 and was intermittent for a couple months. Now, it occurs repeatably 30 seconds of opening Adobe Lightroom with it's cloud Sync feature. I replaced the CPU cooler and PSU thinking that this might be a heat issue, but that didn't help. I've run a dozen different stress and benchmark tests looking for a hardware issue. However, the issue stops completely when booting to Safe Mode or in normal mode after uninstalling the Genie software and unplugging the A7000. The A7000 is not usable without a fix for this issue.

Re: System hard reboots after updating to Genie 1.0.0.15
This is a community forum, not a Netgear support channel. Better place would be the WiFi Adapters section - as this "Genie" coming with it (mainly a driver, no clue what should be required beyond that on a modern Windows 10 system for a WIFi adapter) has not much relations to the Genie App and programs used for some router management.
