Unable to accounting for WPA Enterprise (authentication works fine)
I have FreeRADIUS running on a Linux computer and WPA Enterprise authentication works just fine on Windows and IPhone (not on Android 7 device yet). However it seems like my old NETGEAR N300 device is not at all sending any accounting messages to RADIUS (nothing appears when running freeradius -X. I went to a friendly shop and bought the R6080 router with a money back guarantee. But it's also not working. And I noticed that none of the routers has any field in the setup for specifying IP and port for accounting information. I then went to back to the shop and they checked what I think is the AC2300 there in the shop (as I said, they're very nice). And all three routers seem to have the same web interface without position for entering IP and port for Accounting information. I find it weird that even expensive routers like AC2300 does not support this. I found some indication that I can telnet the router and issue command line commands to set such ip and port. I was also able to activate the deamon and was asked for password but it replied that my password was wrong (tried both the default and the one I use for the web interface).. Any suggestion?
