Unable to start Genie App on iPad / iPhone

I have installed the following :

IOS 11.2.5 on iPad

Netgear Genie App 3.1.44

and have the NETGEAR Router X4 R7500 Firmware V1.0.0.122 in my Network.

 

After i have updated the NETGEAR Genie App on my iPad and i Start the App a window apears for just  0.5 Second with „NETGEAR Genie“, then it disapears. The App is still in task bar, and in I try to bring it in foreground...Same behaviour...window apears ...then disappears immediately.

The same behaviour with my iPhone.

I have uninstalled and installiert it spreads several times… I Even installiert it on my iPhone, which has not installed it before .... same result … it does not work
