ac9000
hello:
A7000: my 1st question yesterday needed more dtailed info: first of all, why the hell I have to get a password or know the SSID to enter the network wifi with this system. the box should have shown these two things to get on netgear network.
Windows is showing about four netgear networks, and they are not accepting my adaperrouter.
What netgear network would accept my A7000; S/N: "4yx19a5wa1af5"
Thanks

Re: ac9000
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
NETGEAR A7000 (AC1900) WiFi adapter wirelessly connect your laptop or desktop computer to a wireless system. Once you have successfully installed the driver, you would have to scan for WiFi network, select the network (SSID) and enter the password.
What is the brand and model number of your WiFi router?
Regards,
Blanca
