I've just bought an usb adapter A6210

it's impossible to install, I have a message, the machine can't find the adapter

I lost 1 hour and nothing works !

near 50 euros for this adapter it's not a good bargain

Are you using Windows 10?  Did you install the software driver first?  Did you try plugging the adapter into different USB ports?

I use windows 10
I called technical support
The solution is simple, it's windows 10 that does not accept the driver
By doing a simple manipulation everything is returned in order.
I was still upset!
Finally everything works and the NetGear products remain good products 😉
