wnda3100v2 win 10 setup only flashes when selected

Installed setup file via original CD and installed via WNDA3100 Software Version 3.0.0.2 win 8 & 10 update.

Program won't run unless I ask it to emulate win XP.

Unfortunately all I get is a quick flash.

(Using it on a business Workstation just for printing.)

There is support for the WNDA3100v2, including a manual and software, somewhere at the end of this link:

This has software that supports Windows 10. The original release, 10 years ago, had support for Microsoft Vista and Windows XP.
