2.4 signal shows no connection
Devices will see the 2.4 network, but no data will come across it. In MyWifiExt, it shows a great signal for both 2.4 and 5 between the router and the extender, and 5 has a great outgoing signal from the extender to devices. But the 2.4 outgoing signal from the extender is grayed out and says "(no connection)".
When I reset the link to the router, the 2.4 signal works for a few minutes, then goes back to no connection and stays there.
I have already tried a factory reset and also tried using password login and WPS to connect the extender to the router. The firmware is up to date. I have tried Auto-designated IP and static. The channel select option is on auto, but it's grayed out and can't be edited.
