3 VLANS for 3 SSID
Hi there,
I'm trying to find out which HW may suit the best for the following deployement, any help will be highly appreciated.
I have a FW with a WAN connection and two 16 ports switches connected to it.
The FW is carrying the L3 for different VLANs & subnets, all of them being propagated to the switches with tagging.
I would like to push 3 of those VLANs in the air, using a WiFi device. Here's my wish list :
- the device should be manageable without any kind of subscription,
- the device should act as a simple L2 device (mapping SSID & wired VLAN) : DHCP relay & routing is still handled by the FW,
- nice to have : the device MGMT interface can be tagged. So I can connect it to the FW instead of on the switch.
I think, but this is where I struggle, that the WAC510 needs a subscription.
What about the WAC124 ? It's a router, but I can't figure out if it will suit my needs.
Or an Orbi solution ?
Thank you
BR,
Vincent
