5G Not working
I have a Netgear 7000 wireless router and an RP2500 extender. Recently, I had a problem connecting a new wireless HP printer. One of the helpful HP Help Desk idiots entered my Netgear software and disabled the 5G portion of the extender. I don't know how she did it. I finally sort of understand why. Apparently the printer doesn't connect with 5G and whenever it tried, it just stopped working. The printer will soon head back to HP so it can bedevil another customer. However, I am left without 5G on the extender (she didn't touch the 5G from the router. That still works.) Can anyone tell me how to change the software back so I can use the 5G from the extender again.
