A7000 – Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi USB Adapter. Disconnect problems

Whenever playing games its perfectly fine, then the game freezes for awhile and then the internet disconnects from my adapter and kicks me out. Everybody else, my phone and everything are still connected to the wifi also. I have tried uninstalling Netgear and reinstalling, updating everything for netgear and don't know what is wrong.

Help please.

- Computer's operating system

- Does issue happen on both bands?

- Brand and model of the router
