AC 1200 can't connect to wi-fi router

I need to connect to a Wi-Fi router that does not use a password.  When you connect, a page comes up that gives terms of use and you have to click a button labeled "Accept".  How do I do this?

our extenders do not have this feature if you need to bring up a web page to log into that network.
