AC1200/EX6120 Installed new modem. Now the extender loses signal often.

Cable company installed new internet modem.  Still using the same router with no internet issues.  However, the EX6120 range extender loses internet connection often.  Any suggestions?

Have you tried factory resetting and reinstalling the extender?

Try installing using the installation assistant and not wps. 

What modem did they install?

Hav eyou tried changing channels the router is broadcasting on?
