AC1200 Wifi Range Extender

Hello,

My Extender hasn't been working properly lately and I think that i know whats wrong but don't know how to fix it. My internet goes out every hour on the dot and it has been happening for almost a year. When we bought the extender it worked for a good 3 months and now it has stopped working. The light that says "device" is not on and dont know how to get that to turn on, because i think that is what is making it not work. Sorry if this is an easy fix and i just wasted my time, im not good with this type of stuff.

1. Please indicate the model number of your device.

2. Does the dropping Internet occur with the extender's network or your main network?

3. Have you tried resetting the extender and go through the setup?
