AC1200

My AC1200 keeps randomly dropping internet connection. All of the lights are green and indicate that everything should be working properly. But when I connect to the extender I get a message that internet is not available. There is nothing on the extender that indicates I need to move it closer to the router or closer to the device I'm connecting to it.

Re: AC1200

Have you tried to factory reset the extender and go through the setup again?

Re: AC1200

Yes...I have actually done that twice. I tried moving it to different locations today. Right now it is in the same room as the router and is doing the same thing. It will not stay connected to the router.

Re: AC1200

Make sure the extender is on the latest firmware and try changing the wireless channel on the extender.
