AC1900 Dual Band WiFi Mesh extender connected but does not visible
I have an AC1750 and an AC1900 WiFi Mesh Extender. Both have been paired with my Centurylink modem and all lights are lit on each yet neither comes up in the list of available networks so I can't connect to either one of them! Everything seems to be working fine but for all intents and purposes they are invisible! Can anyone help me with this issue. On my laptop NETGEAR shows up under known networks and it is enabled but nothing seems to get it back on the radar and you can't connect to something your devices can't see!

Re: AC1900 Dual Band WiFi Mesh extender connected but does not visible
A couple things.
1. AC1750 and AC1900 are speeds, not models. What models do you have?
2. Mesh networks use the same ssid as the router. so you won't "see" them with a standard scan. Their designed to use the same ssid as the router and your devices (phone/tablet/etc) roams between them based off their own roaming protocols. its the whole point of mesh.
