AC6110 connection after change of router

Good evening.

As in the title I have changed broadband suppliers and  installed the new router they supplied. No problem connecting to the new router direct but when I try to connect to the range extender it says the ppassword is wrong. I have tried using the previous password and also pushed and held the factory reset button. Any ideas?
