AC750 / EX6000 wont access Extender Mode

Just bought this today & so far very disappointed.

The basic problem is that it won't enter extender mode.

I've followed the instructions several times - always the same result.

I've pressed the WPS button for more than 5 seconds as per instructions.

The WPS LED blinks for about 3 seconds then goes out.

I've done factory reset (press for more than 10 seconds ) etc etc.

Does anyone have any ideas - otherwise it's going back to Argos as faulty for a refund.

Have you tried to do the manual setup.
