I have the green power light and the green WPS light on. I press the WPS on extender which is in the same room (10') as my RAC2V1S router. I press the WPS router button within 30 seconds. The extender green light blinks for a minute or 2 and does NOT connect to the Router? What is wrong? I still have just green power and green extenderWPS light on.
If you do a search on google for that router with connecting an extender to it, you find nothing but problems. And not just from netgear.
If you're renting it from spectrum, I'd recommend contacting them and requesting a different router as for some reason, extenders won't connect to it properly.
You can try setting it up using the installation assistant and NOT wps. See if that works.
