I went through the steps for WPS connection. Plugged extender in, pressed WPS on extender until it blinked. Pressed WPS button on router. That also was blinking green. The router link led (green) light on extender turned green. WPS light on extender was a solid green light.
I checked my tablet, the _2GEXT was available. When I entered my router password, it said it could not be authenticated. I have entered the password several times. Unplugged the extender, restarted the router and gone through the steps several times. Same problem every time. The wifi signal is there, I guess. But cannot connect. I am taking the password off the side of the router. I have done this many times with other devices.
