I cannot get my Netgear Model EX3110 to connect to my Netgear AC1900 Model C7000v2 cable modem router. I followed the instructions exactly.
When I press the WPS button on the C7000, it does not light. Is something wrong with it?
have you tried installing it using the installation assistant?
Start back at factory. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while the extender is powered on.
then install it using the assistant and NOT wps.
