I have a speed issue that can’t seem to be resolved on my new Orbi router. I have AT&T fiber service at 1Gbit speeds. If I test at the ATT gateway which is an Arris NVG599 with wired connection I get 950 Mbps on Speedtest app. I’ve tried the gateway in passthrough mode and the Orbi as a router and get 900Gbps on wired but only 250Mbps on WiFi. I then tried setting the gateway with passthrough off and the Orbi as AP with pretty much the same result of 900Mbps wired and 250Mbps on WiFi. I’ve checked with an iPhone XR and a laptop standing 5 ft from the router using speedtest and fast.com. Even if it’s the only device on the network. Can’t figure out what is causing the WiFi speed issues. Devices are showing good connection on the 5Ghz so I’m looking for some help here. Thanks!
