AV500 stopped working with new router
Hi,
So I got a new router and the Powerline AV500 that we have upstairs stopped working. I did a factory reset on both units to start from scratch but the Netgear Powerline Utility on my Mac (v 3.0.1.3 on Sierra 10.12.6) just won't recognise the AV500, with a 'No device in network' being shown. I've tried an older version of the NPU but it won't start on this OS.
Both the units have solid green lights and appear to have paired ok, but I just can't configure them. Any ideas??

Re: AV500 stopped working with new router
Ok, so I somehow got it working but it's completely insecure. The NPU still won't recognise it and I can't secure it through Netgear Genie (which I think is what helped get it connected). I assumed the factory reset would reset the username to admin and the password to password, but I can't login anywhere to change the settings. It's driving me mad...
