AX1800 connectivity

I am trying to add a second extender AX1800-4 stream EAX20 and nighthawk app requesting an admin password for the Fios router.  I entered the password from the router sticker but error message does not accept the password.  I tried typing password in the password field as well, not accepting.  Please help

Are you sure you're entering the wifi login/password and not the info to log into the gui? 

You can log into your router and check what your ssid/password is
