Re: Ac1200 ( es6200) 5 g dropout
its not setup issues , even right next to the main router the 5ghz still drops out randomly, also the signel bars on the extender still show full strengh at the other end of the house. and Wi-Fi Analytics is out as i have an ipad as it does not support it which is a shame as i have used a frends phone to try it out, i have setup the extender useing fast lane (5ghz-2.4ghz to router) and not had any dropouts well in the last 4 days, this issue came up since last firmwere release as before that i had no 5ghz dropouts and its placed in same place as before

Re: Ac1200 ( es6200) 5 g dropout
Hi Monuk,
Thank you for clarifying.
Please try manually updating your firmware to the previous firmware version.
See page 80 of 124: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6200/EX6200_UM_09Jan2015.pdf
If you are on the latest firmware, it would be 1.0.1.60_1.1.98
Here is a link to the previous firmware 1.0.0.52_1.1.90:
If the problem persists, it may be a hardware issue. Please contact support
