Accessing complimentary support
I just cannot access your complimentary support in the UK. Registreted etc but no phone number. Product doesn't work (WPS light doesnt light) and trying to connect via browser option, the URL doesnt work. Very frustrated. How hard is it JUST TO PROVIDE A NUMBER!!!!

I didn’t get a ‘ticket’ and as my post was made a few days back and unanswered I just returned the item. The replacement works so the first must have been faulty.
However, you probably need to look at the way you support retail consumers. Your approach is of a typical corporate IT first-line helpdesk and that’s pretty much unintelligible for an IT novice!
