After Installation, network won't accept Key/pass phrase
After installing the extender, two new networks showed up (Centurylink****_2GEXT and Centurylink****_5GEXT). I've tried entering the key/pass phrase from the router on _2GEXT and it won't accept it. What's going wrong? -Eddie

Re: After Installation, network won't accept Key/pass phrase
Did you set it up using wps? WPS can get coded different between device manufacturer's (especially isp supplied devices).
What I'd try doing is factory reset the extender and then reinstall it using the installation assistant.

I'll give it a go and see if that works.

Re: After Installation, network won't accept Key/pass phrase
After resetting the extender, Netgear Installation Assistant was tried. I went to the connection manager and clicked on NETGEAR_EXT. It tried to launch their website, but interenet connection was lost. Tried mulitple times to get on their website, it didn't work. Hmmm...

Have you tried a different browser?
Try firefox and/or edge.
if that doesn't work, try a different device for setup.
