All green lights working but not working

I recently purchased the EX2700 extender and although I have all green lights on the extender is not working. I have selected my broadband_EXT on my IPad Pro and trying to improve the signal to my security camera outside using Cloud Edge. Not very good with computers and need help in layman terms. Thanks

Just had this with my EX2700 extender, in the end switched off main router, then after switching back on did the WPS button part of the install again and now all okay. Hopefully it works for you!

Thanks for the advice but I had already tried that and now in communication with Netgear Support trying to resolve the problem.

What router are you connecting to?

My router is supplied by Sky and I can receive a very clear outside picture from the security camera but the signal strength of 44% and is suggesting moving the camera to improve the signal strength, that is why I chose to install a WiFi extender!

Are you using the installation assistant or WPS?

Message to all who tried to help:

I contacted Netgear support and spent 35 minutes with them going through various procedures and finally carried out what they called a "Hard Reset" and finally managed to get the extender working.
