All my green lights are on but no ext-option EX6400v2 — AC1900 WiFi Mesh Extender Essentials Edition

All of my green lights are on but there is no selection to join. On setup I took a screen shot of the network name. It’s only giving me my home router name. I have re-set everything many many times. Even moved the extender in the same room then it showed up but it was not connected so when all lights are showing green the network name is not there. I hope that makes sense. Thanks

    Did you set it up using wps? 

    If so, default install is using mesh mode (onessid). Meaning it'll have the same ssid as the router. 

    You can log into your current router and look at its attached devices page (or equivelent) and see if its attached and what its IP address is. Use that ip address to access it.

      Thank you for reply. I’m tech dangerous, lol. Idk if I did set it up that way. I did log into my router I didn’t see that it was in my devices page but really I’m not sure what I’m looking at. I’m at work today I will check it thou and look for the IP address.
