Can some please explain to me how to restore and older version firmware to my ac1900 ex7000 for iMac I did the update and lost any and all connections, wired and WiFi. I have the file I need but totally confused how to restore it. Thank you in advance

You could try doing a tftp procedure. Here's someone in a thread from someone who did a write up using a mac to restore a R7000. The process should be roughly the same with the EX7000. just replacing the file info.
