Arlo VMB3000
This forum doesn't offer the ability to submit this quotesion under an ARLO page and the product isn't even listed in the menu drop-down. so I'll just leave it here and see if I get any information I am looking for....
Have a neighbor that just moved into a house that the previous owners left the ARLO cameras( I have the same cameras, thats why they asked me for help) for them when they bought the house. Need to be able to do a hard reset to set the VMB3000 up for their new netgear account. Did the 10 second reset button hold and rebooted everything. The app still won't see the camera base station to initialize the setup. Going to have them try a different mobile device and make sure the VMB3000 is on the same wireless network. Anything else I am missing?

Arlo was spun off from netgear a couple years ago and is its own company now.
You'd want to go to the Arlo support community forum for help since they're seperate now.
