Attaching Wired Printer to N600 Router

Please help. I have a Canon Printer with a USB B female connetion. I amd trying to set it up so I can print from my laptop wirelessly. I tried plugging into the USB connection but had no luck. There is no ethernet port on the printer:confused:

N600 is not access point device . It is wireless n router
